We admitted out father on emergency, the initial treatment was good and he was recovered. Then came the actual issue. We were asked to get some tests done and everything was negative. But he was not given water or food even after the test and when we asked the nurses in ICU were answering without any information that doctor asked them to not to feed my father for futher tests. The doctor did not order us any additional tests. when I escalated the issue the doctor said he did not said such thing to not feed him and he got dehydrated in meanwhile and developed fever. We had to stay 4 more days in hospital. blood tests are also normal. The hospital do not allow disposables brought from outside saying that they have batch control and all. but the staff inside medical counter donot wear any proper dresscode. The list goes on. Many older reviews were deleted or else this hospital has 3.7 rating or something afaik. hospital is also very small with narrow space. No scanning equipment so you have to go to another hospital or 3rd party scanning center in their paid ambulance only. do not recommend at all. as bhimavaram dont have better hospitals, based on personal experience better to go to bhimavaram hospital as atleast they have their own equipment for MRI and all but even not that is great. This hospital tried to scam as we have insurance by adding lot of bill for non surgical procedure. 1.5 lac for non surgical antibiotics treatment and not even exaggerating. after long discussion with admin team they still refused to show detailed itemized bills and asked us to come the next day. worst hospital.
